Biography
Dr. Bananas Foster specializes in the chemical properties of fruits and their applications in culinary arts. His research focuses on enzymatic reactions in ripening, fermentation processes, and flavor enhancement. Known for his interactive laboratory classes, Dr. Foster often demonstrates the chemistry behind creating perfect banana bread, smoothies, and tropical sauces. He also runs the university’s “Fruit Lab Fridays,” where students experiment with flavor pairings and molecular gastronomy techniques.
